Like the nose, its vivacity is sustained by citrus aromatics (clementine, orange) which come challenge more enticing notes of coffee, praline, baba au rhum, and vanilla cream. Surprisingly, prune, mirabelle and greengage aromas develop, leaving one with the false impression of an eau-de-vie. Extends without batting an eye lid on prune and mirabelle notes. Licorice makes a brief appearance before the fruit takes center stage.
