Nose is "vanilla lemon cake." The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices and citrus. I'm not sure if they made the opulent bottle to match the Whiskey or vice versa. Willett Pot Still Reserve has a multitude of aromas and flavors, which, in total, makes for an elegant and well-balanced Kentucky Bourbon. The nose has hints of vanilla, pine, spice and mint. The flavor contains notes of light oak and hay, with a subtle citrus presence as well. On the finish there is a mellow, warming pepperiness. Overall, this is a light to medium-bodie bourbon with nice complexity. Please enjoy in a classy manner.
