The present terms and conditions, updated in March 2018, are intended to guide how Garrafeira S. Pedro's services will be rendered, in its online store, with its physical headquarters at Rua Almirante Gago Coutinho, number 9, Torres Vedras, Portugal.
Navigation and any other operation in the online store, presupposes the acceptance of the present terms.
The purchase of any alcoholic beverages available in Garrafeira S. Pedro's online store is only possible by persons who are of legal age in their country of residence.
All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.
The Garrafeira S. Pedro reserves the right to modify freely and at any time these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice, in order to comply with current legislation.
The Garrafeira S. Pedro reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on products, images and prices.
Due to changes to products made by the producers, the images presented on the product page may differ from the products shipped. The images presented are therefore non vinculative.
For exclusive use of the execution of the sales document, obligatory, the customer must provide their data, name, address and contact form, to send the products that are in the order.
The customer undertakes to provide personal data and exact address (es) to send the products that has ordered, and not to use false identities or provide false information. In the event of any problem or additional cost incurred in the process of the order due to incorrect or insufficient customer data, the responsibility is of the customer.
The order applies only to the insurance value defined by the transport company. The order will be sent on behalf of the customer, Garrafeira S. Pedro being exempt from any responsibility.
After confirmation of the order at Garrafeira S. Pedro, an email will be sent to the customer's contact address, with all the details about delivery, invoicing, payment information, products and values.
It is suggested to all customers to confirm the order details. If the customer does not receive the order confirmation email, they are requested to contact Garrafeira S. Pedro by email - firstname.lastname@example.org , so that this notification is sent again to the client's email address. Orders will only be processed once the payment is received.
In the event that an order can’t be satisfied in whole or in part, the customer will be immediately contacted in order to find the most appropriate solution.
At the time of the reception of the order, if the costumer detects that it has maks that the content is broken, he should not accept the delivery of the order, so that a complaint can be made to the transport company. If the costumer accepts the damaged order and only communicates it later, it is impossible to present a reclamation to the transport company nad it will not be possible to refund the costumer for the broken products.
If after the delivery, the client verifies that any of the articles is not in compliance, it is requested that you contact the email email@example.com, indicating the order number, attaching images of the packaging and of all the articles, explaining the nature of the problem so that the situation can be resolved as soon as possible.
Garrafeira S. Pedro is not responsible for the presence of the receiver at the time of delivery, and in the event of an attempt by the transport company to fail delivery due to absence, a notice of passage is always left in the customer's mailbox with the indications of the carrier, a new delivery attempt will occur, or the will be placed in a near parcelshop. In these conditions, and if the customer does not claim your order, and it is returned, it will have to pay the shipping costs of resending the order or seek a solution with us.
Garrafeira S. Pedro informs that in shipments made to countries where the law does not allow or tax the entrance of alcoholic beverages, it is not responsible, being the responsibility of customers the possible payment of customs fees, if they exist. In case of return of the products, Garrafeira S. Pedro will refund the value of the products, excluding shipping costs, and packaging, if any apply. The returned products must be in conditions of sale; have no use marks or any damage. Otherwise, we can’t accept their return. Garrafeira S. Pedro is not responsible for any deficiencies arising from incorrect use, negligence, poor storage conditions or force majeure.
These general conditions of sale online can be changed without prior notice and should therefore be consulted before any order is placed.
