This distillate is obtained from the skins of ripe grapes in the Venetian region of this tiny area. The distillation takes place in a copper pot through a steam flow which is directed and lead so as not to raise the level too and to get most of the aromas. This distillate is aged for 12 months in barrique barrels, where it gets the scents of vanilla and the typical amber color. Dried fruit, vanilla, and spices. Attractive, round and silky. Spicy and wood fragrance in the finish.
